Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the booking, scheduling, payment, and notification services (the "Service") provided by JunkJets LLC, doing business as Quikr ("Quikr," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or booking a rental through a Quikr-powered booking page, you agree to these Terms.

Quikr provides software that dumpster and roll-off rental operators ("Operators") use to accept bookings, schedule and dispatch rentals, take payment, and send service notifications. When you book a rental, your rental agreement is with the Operator — the business providing the dumpster or roll-off. Quikr provides the platform the Operator uses; Quikr is not the provider of the rental itself.

• Rental terms, pricing, availability, service area, and policies are set by the Operator you book with.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including a correct service address and placement instructions.
• The Operator's own rental agreement, presented at the time of booking, governs the rental itself (including permitted materials, weight limits, rental duration, and any additional charges).

• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the Operator. Your payment is made to the Operator; Quikr does not hold your funds.
• Additional charges (for example, overages, extra rental days, or other fees described by the Operator) may apply and may be billed after your rental, in accordance with the Operator's rental terms.
• Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled according to the Operator's policies and applicable payment-provider terms.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your rental, such as booking confirmations, arrival alerts and estimated times, drop-off and pickup confirmations, payment receipts, and a review request after service.

Message frequency varies based on the activity on your rental. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with or disrupt the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Quikr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Quikr is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, service quality, or rental agreements of any Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quikr and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Your rental itself is a matter between you and the Operator.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
