Privacy Policy

This policy covers Quikr, the software rental operators use to take bookings, dispatch drivers and get paid. Each operator sets their own policy for their own customers.

• Your name, company name, email and mobile number when you create an account.
• Your company details: address, logo, prices, service area and hours.
• Booking and job records you or your customers create in Quikr.
• Payment records from Stripe. We store Stripe's IDs, never card numbers.
• Basic usage and device information so we can keep the app working.

• Run your account: your booking page, dispatch, driver app, texts and invoices.
• Take payments and pay you out through Stripe.
• Send you service messages about your account and your jobs.
• Support you when you ask for help, and fix problems.

We do not sell your information, and we do not sell your customers' information.

• Stripe, for payments and payouts.
• Our hosting and database provider, to store your data securely.
• Our text and email providers, to deliver messages you send.
• Anyone you add to your company, at the level of access you give them.

Customers who book agree to job updates by text. Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep your data while your account is open, and for as long as we need it for tax and legal records after that. Ask us and we will delete what we are allowed to delete.

• See or correct your information from your account settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data.
• Close your account any time. There is no contract.
